Now, I’m going to be blunt here (because sugar-coating never helped anyone lose weight):
Being overweight isn’t fun.
Clothes don’t sit right. You waste half your day adjusting your waistband or trying to hide your soft bits under floaty linen. On a deeper level, excess weight affects everything — your joints, your energy, even how you hold yourself in the world.
And your body? It’s not just chilling. It’s trying to protect you — by pumping out inflammation like it’s going out of fashion. And with inflammation comes pain. So what do we do? Pop a pill. Or three. Short-term fix, long-term misery.
